Why we exist
Beauty and personal-care products from Australia have a quiet reputation for quality — clean formulations, strict regulatory standards, and brands that have built trust over decades. Getting hold of them in Sri Lanka has always been harder than it should be. The local market is full of grey-market stock, expired batches, and outright fakes that are difficult to tell apart from the real thing until you've already paid.
Originals exists to fix that. We source every item from Australian brands and authorised retailers in Australia, package it ourselves, and ship it directly to you. The product on your bathroom shelf is the same one that sits on shelves in Sydney and Melbourne — same batch, same packaging, same expiry dates.
How we work
- You order. Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, pay securely with any major card. Prices are shown in LKR for convenience but charged in AUD through Stripe.
- We source & pack. We buy your order direct from Australian retailers and prepare it for international shipping at our Australia base.
- We ship via Australia Post. You get a tracking number the moment we dispatch. Most parcels reach Sri Lanka in 10–14 business days door-to-door.
- You collect & pay duty. Sri Lanka Customs assess import duty when your parcel arrives — you pay this directly to Customs (or your local post office) and collect your parcel. We show an estimate at checkout so there are no surprises.
